Drone video of Wind farm Zijpe
A beautiful drone-video of ‘Windpark Zijpe’ in the Netherlands by Silvio Matysik. These old-Lagerwey turbines are producing energy since 1992. Which makes it one of the oldest wind farms of the Netherlands. Dutch proven technology!
The first turbine in the video is a WES turbine. 11 months ago, We replaced one of the Lagerwey turbines for one of our own. WES turbines are based on the same proven technology. This new turbine was financed by the local community and it already produced more than 200.000 kWh! A perfect ambassador of a community based renewable project.
