‘Involved with the product from the beginning till the end’

The supply chain of the WES windmills is not new for Kirstin. During her study in Industrial Engineering and Management, Kirstin has done her internship at WES. After finalizing this study, she came back to WES. Now she is combining al the different aspects in her position as Supply Chain Engineer.

“My position as Supply Chain Engineer gives me the opportunity to be involved in multiple project phases, from procurement to quality and process optimization.

For this reason, every day is different and I get to deal with everyone on the team. My ultimate goal is to be able to deliver a quality turbine to a happy customer as quickly as possible.”
